We are seeking a talented Sales Manager who posses extraordinary sales skills and a passion for leading people while delivering results.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing our sales team, comprised of five people, connecting with customers virtually and in-person, all while saving the day for our clients within the greater Redmond, WA area.

Join our league of superheroes and be rewarded for your amazing skills and contributions to our mission with a starting salary of $65,000/per year + monthly commission, meaning that you have the opportunity to earn as much commission as you can through your exceptional performance.
What you will do?:

  • Harness your superpowers to meet and/or exceeds assigned sales revenue and gross profit targets via effective management of Inside and Outside Sales Representatives
  • Demonstrates effective people leadership for the branch sales team by assisting them in the development and management of their business relationships to provide alternative product/service solutions to exceed customer expectations, follow up on orders, and solve client-related problems
  • Strengthens relationships as a Sales Manager with suppliers as a means of introducing new and innovative options that enable the sales branch office to exceed customers’ needs
  • Use your superhuman attention to detail to assess the competitive landscape in the assigned geographic territory and provide reports on market movement and penetration
  • Identifies training needs and coordinates training, ensuring each employee has the skills, training, equipment, and tools necessary to provide a world-class level of service
  • Creates and maintains the appropriate workplace culture as a Sales Manager
  • Manages and documents employee issues regarding attendance, performance, conduct, and delivers appropriate corrective action as needed

What you bring to the table!:

  • Leading inside/outside sales teams with a proven track record of consistent revenue growth
  • Ability to successfully leverage desktop technology in the performance of job responsibilities
  • Track record of successfully managing a business with a variety of client needs and expectations in an efficient and cost-effective manner
  • Proven analytical, problem-solving, problem management, and conceptual skills, including the ability to make valid conclusions from assessing operational and financial data
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload as a Sales Branch Manager and establish staffing plans to create highly-satisfied customer outcomes
  • Ability to work well in time-sensitive situations where customer satisfaction is the ultimate goal
  • Demonstrated ability to provide best-in-class service to customers that also meet the business and operational objectives of the company
  • Highly effective presentation skills, including professional demeanor, artful negotiation skills, and outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and, in particular, the ability to craft At professional e-mails and client-related documents
